Dr. Aviles is highly trained in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. She is committed to expanding her dentistry knowledge and has completed many hours of continuing education courses through Spear Education. Dr. Aviles is a certified Invisalign® provider, and is also trained in controlled substance registration.

Life & Hobbies

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Aviles enjoys the outdoors, biking, cooking, exercising, gourmet cooking, reading, meditating, and listening to music.

My Mission

“My mission in dentistry is to custom tailor a dental regimen and plan for each individual I meet. What matters to me most is that I can guide people to achieve their best dental-related health and smile based on their dental, medical, and financial situation. I struggled with cavities in my teenage and early adult life so I can relate to patients in a lot of different dental scenarios. I hope that I can make any dental visit a little less anxiety-filled and a little more fun - because I love what I do!”

Dr. Rifai is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Life & Hobbies

In her free time, Dr. Rifai enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, and being outdoors. She also loves vacation planning and photography.

Dr. Buist is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology, a fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology. He is licensed to practice dentistry in 12 states and is an associate professor at both The University of Alabama School of Dentistry and the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.  

Life & Hobbies

In his free time, Dr. Buist is a man of many hobbies and interests.  His father was directly involved with NASA at the organization’s infancy, and as a result Dr. Buist has long held a fascination with engineering and product design. Other interests include carpentry, making jewelry, and designing dental instruments. He currently holds 6 patents related to dental instruments!
